Hi there lovelies! 

I hope you're having a great Monday! I've lost my voice so I'm sure its going better than mine! I was lucky enough to see the national tour of Wedding Singer the Musical and here are my thoughts on the production of a show thats very close to my part after performing in it a few years ago! 

The tour included amazing performances from Ray Quin (of Strictly Come Dancing and Grease Fame) as well as an amazingly talented cast of dancers and cameos, but check out my video to hear all of my thoughts here!

Hello there my Lovelies, 

 I hope you're all having a great week! I thought I'd kick of your Monday with a cover of a truly classic song 'I Dreamed a Dream' from the musical epic Les Miserables! 

I was lucky enough to play the amazing role of Fantine in a production of Les Mis two years ago now so this is a song that is very close to my heart as I was also given the amazing opportunity to perform it at our local festival! 

Fantine was such a challenging role with an incredible range so I hope you love my cover of this classic musical theatre staple as much as I enjoyed performing it now and then, also check out below to see an exclusive picture of me in the role!

Hello there my lovelies! 

Today I'm back with a new video in my 'How To' series and today is especially for all you dancers out there this is 'How To Be More Flexible! Here I take you through my top tips and tricks to increase your flexibility and all those dance hacks to get your legs up behind your head! 



The best Stretches for Flexibility
So I touched on this in the video but here I'm going to share with you lovely blog people my all time favourite stretches for flexibility...

~ Hip Opener (also called a pigeon opener) so you've got one leg extended behind you and your front leg bent at a right angle infant
~ Frogs legs, the bottoms of your feet are together and you extend over them from your back keeping it straight
~ WallBox against a wall extend your legs upwards and then drop them down into a box split position against the wall trying to go further each time!
